What is Seoulbox?

Which goodies will I get from my Seoulbox?
It varies from month to month as we curate a new box each month theming around different parts of Korea. However, every month you'll get 16-20 various Korean snacks and Korean pop culture merchandise. They include:
- 14+ Korean snacks and candies
- 1 K-Pop goodies
- 1 K-Beauty products
- 1 Packet of ramyun (or on rare occasions a similar product such as Tteokbokki)
- 1 Korean drink
- 36-page Tasting guide
For example, in November '21 Seoulbox as of writing the FAQ page now (12th November 2021), you will receive x1 BTS Vanilla Latte, x1 K-Pop plush keyring, x1 beef bibim ramyun and 15 more Korean cafe and chocolate shop themed treats in your Wonka Cafe Seoulbox.

Is there a vegetarian or Halal option?
Seoulbox V stands for Seoulbox Vegatrain, and is meat-free. Please note that while not all products are officially Halal-certified, we have taken extra care and precaution to make sure snacks in Seoulbox V are meat-free. Occasionally, seasoning in ramen products of Seoulbox V may contain traces of meat. In that case, we specify the contents on the complementary tasting guide and offer different meat-free ways to cook and enjoy the ramen products. We do our best to cater to different backgrounds and styles.
Is there any allergen info?
Absolutely, we provide allergen info in each month's Tasting Guide- a 36-page cultural booklet coming with every box. We understand how important it is to know potential allergens or whether snacks from Korea are safe to eat.
Is it gluten-free?
Most of our snacks contain grains so it is unfortunately not gluten-free.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Of course, your convenience is the most important! You can pause or cancel your subscription easily through your subscription portal.
However, please understand that once the recurring charge has been made, it is difficult to cancel it since it's already processed on our systems and our warehouse team started working on dispatching your order.
If you cancel your subscription less than 3 business day (KST standard) before your next billing date your cancellation will be take effect from the subsequent month and no refund will be provided. If you cancel, you may use your subscription until the end of your current subscription term.
How long does it take to ship and arrive?
We dispatch your box generally in 2 to 5 days, and international express shipping direct from Korea to your door takes 2 to 5 days. If you are planning to purchase Seoulbox for gifting, we kindly advise to make a purchase at least 10 days before the scheduled gifting date.
Please note that during holiday peak seasons, orders may be delayed due to congestion in international air systems or couriers.
What is your refund policy?
We are so sorry that you are experiencing issues with your order! While our Customer Happiness team is doing their best to resolve your problem, please refer to below for possible reasons for refund of your purchases.
- Stolen card
- Payment using your info made on behalf of you by someone else without your acknowledgement that the order was made
- Cancellation of subscriptions made after the recurring charge due to delays on the Seoulbox side
- When the box was damaged during the delivery and you are unable to consume the contents
Since the time between order placed and fulfillment is pretty quick and your order may start to process right after the purchase, we are unable to offer cancellations due to other reasons such as changes in mind or late cancellation of orders once the recurring charge has occurred.
For these reasons, please note that we will be unable to provide a refund in cases such as, but not limited to (1) inaccurate account information, (2) failure of passage through customs, (3) if a recipient is not home to receive the package, and (4) if the courier is unable to contact the customer after the designated amount of times to contact (usually 3 times over 7 days period).
We are unable to accept returns because the order contains foods and there are complexities regarding international shipping.
