Do you provide discounts?

Yes! There are discounts for any orders of 10 boxes or more. Please download the corporate gifting catalog for detailed pricing.

How long does it take to ship?

Typically for domestic orders, 3-8 business days.

Can I have my boxes delivered on a specific date?

Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee a specific delivery date for your order. We can specify a specific ship date if desired.

Can you do overnight/rushed shipping?

We can provide expedited shipping in most instances but it is very expensive (a minimum of $10 per box depending on shipping location). If you’re interested in overnight shipping please email bulksales@universalyums.com with your request and we will connect with you ASAP!

How much is shipping?

Shipping is $12.5/box worldwide, except for Southern Asian regions and minor islands.

Can you ship internationally?

Yes, we delivery worldwide.

Can I add my company logo to the gift note?

We can provide gift note customizations to orders of 20 or more boxes.

Can I choose the items for the boxes?

We can provide box order customizations for orders of 100 boxes or more.

Is tax included?

Taxes are charged based on location and are separate from the cost of the box. In order to provide an accurate quote, we will need the full list of addresses you are looking to send to.

Will the recipients have to pay to receive the box?

The recipients will not need to pay to receive their box. If they are an international recipient all of the custom fees are included in the price of the box.

Will the recipients have access to tracking?

Yes, if you provide individual email addresses for each of your recipients they will receive tracking information. This is OPTIONAL, if you would prefer to keep your gift a surprise, we will use your email only in the transaction.

Can you update an address?

Yes! Simply email hello@myseoulbox.com and we can assist you!

Can we have a bigger discount?

Discounts are based on the number of boxes you plan to order.

Can you ship to multiple addresses?

Yes we can! When you submit your inquiry you will receive a follow-up that provides a template for you to gather the addresses.

How do I receive tax exemption status?

If you are tax exempt we will ask you to send us your tax exemption certificate and we will submit it for approval to our finance department. Once it has been approved we will go ahead with the order and not charge you for the tax.
