Sweet Home is coming back – with two new seasons and four new characters!

Netflix released a teaser on June 14th announcing the news. They gave more details in another post on Netflix Korea’s account.
Song Kang, Lee Si-young, Lee Jin-wook, Park Gyu-young, and Go Min-si are reprising their roles from Season 1. There will also be some new faces, including B1A4’s Jung Jin-young. He will play a Special Forces soldier, Park Chan-young.

Other additions include Oh Jung-se as Dr. Lim; Yu Oh-seong as Sergeant Tak In-hwan; and Kim Mu-yeol as Guard Corps Second-in-Command Kim Young-hoo. Kim Shin-rok and Yook Jun-seo will also join the cast, although their roles haven’t been confirmed.

Season 1 ended on a cliff-hanger. Protagonist Cha Hyun-soo (Song Kang) is separated from the Green Home survivors, who are sent to a safety camp. Will he see them again? Will Seo Yi-kyung (Lee Si-young) find her fiancé? Did Pyeon Sang-wook (Lee Jin-wook) and Lee Eun-hyuk (Lee Do-hyun) somehow survive?
Hopefully these questions will be answered in the new seasons. We’re definitely looking forward to them!
