Netflix’s new series Squid Game have been trending worldwide for the last few weeks since its release date, making it one of the most successful series.
In the first episode with can see a huge Mugunghwa doll, the protagonist of the “Red Light, Green Light” game, that crept each and every one of us, and guess what… Yes! It exists in real life!
You can find and visit the doll on a horse carriage village in Jincheon County in Chungcheonbuk-do, South Korea.
The doll can be found near the entrance of the called Macha Land Village and Museum for horse carriages. The doll was supposedly used on the filming of Squid Game and later returned.
Actually, you can find a second 10-foot doll that will eye you down if you jaywalk at this mall, this second doll is located at Robinsons Galleria Ortigas mall in Quezon City, Metro Manila. The doll was placed there, apart from promoting the Squid Game series, but also to help people cross the street safely.
Netflix published on Facebook a teaser video showing the Mugunghwa doll staring at jaywalkers and mimicking the “Red Light, Green Light” game.
