Jelly making is a good way to preserve fruit flavors for enjoyment throughout the year. Fruit jelly is a fairly easy-to-prepare product for the beginning canner and may be made at home without much special equipment.
If you feel too stressed, sometimes watching a jelly-making videos on YouTube can be a great method of healing yourself. As its lovely summer time, how about making a fruit jelly out of a popular summer fruit - peach?
It's also featured in Four Seasons SeoulBox.
According to a Korean snack reviewer @wonderkkakka, it just looks and tastes lovely at the same time.
To make a giant, but still cute, peach jelly with My Gummy Peach Flavor, you can simply follow the steps below:
1. Pour the My Gummy Jelly into a cup and pour hot water to cover the jelly. 2. Stir the jelly well until it melts in water, then heat it up in the microwave. (I'm a 700w microwave, so I heated it up for 30 seconds. 3. Stir the heated pudding well, then put it in the fridge and let it harden for an hour and a half an hour. (Note, you don't have to hold it for an hour and a half! At least an hour...? Well, if you think it's hardened when you take it out in the middle, it's fine!) 4. You can just eat the finished pudding. If you want to take it out like me, put the cup in warm water for a moment and flip the cup over, the pudding will come out nicely!
