Vitamin A:

It can be found in Korean snacks like dried squid (ojingeo-twigim), which is a popular snack in Korea. Dried squid is high in protein and low in fat, making it a healthy snack option. Vitamin A can also be found in other Korean snacks like dried sweet potatoes (goguma-twigim) and roasted chestnuts (bosan-twigim).

Vitamin B: 

B vitamins are a group of essential nutrients that help to maintain good health. Vitamin B can be found in a variety of Korean snacks, including dried seaweed sheets (gim) and rice cakes (tteok). Vitamin E:

Vitamin E is another antioxidant that helps to protect the body against cellular damage. It can be found in Korean snacks like almonds (ma-namu) and sunflower seeds (ha-namu). These snacks are often roasted and seasoned, making them a delicious and nutritious option. Vitamin E is also present in other Korean snacks like roasted pumpkin seeds (hobak-namu) and roasted chestnuts (bosan-twigim).
