JULY'S SEOULBOX: BUSAN

The theme for our July Seoulbox focus on the "Miami of the Far East" (got this nickname because of its subtropical climate and skyscrapers that edge onto the beach), Korea's second-most populous city after Seoul, Busan. Summer Radish Bibim Myun - 여름 열무 비빔면

Bibim Myun is a salad of noodles, while Bibim Bap is a bowl of mixed rice. Noodles are added to 600 ml of boiling water and simmered for 4 minutes. Wash the noodles in cold water, then, if ready, add the sauce and sesame oil.
