July's Seoulbox: Busan - Snacks, Goodies, and More


Every month we have a especially curated box just for you and a different theme that will make you travel to this unique and lovely place in Korea while at the same time you get to enjoy delicious snacks we know you'll love.

The theme for our July Seoulbox focus on the "Miami of the Far East" (got this nickname because of its subtropical climate and skyscrapers that edge onto the beach), Korea's second-most populous city after Seoul, Busan. You will get to enjoy Busan more in-depth as we share interesting facts and places around the city, food you must try and details of K-pop idols born in here, all this and more can be found on our Seoulzine.

We got the breakdown of the delicious snacks included in July's Seoulbox Edition. 

Roasted Black Bean Chips - 구운간짜장

Try these onion ring chips with roasted black bean flavoring, one of Busan's specialties, for a simple way to enjoy jjajangmyeon! If you like Korean flavors but are not great with spices, this snack is a great choice.

Summer Radish Bibim Myun - 여름 열무 비빔면

Bibim Myun is a salad of noodles, while Bibim Bap is a bowl of mixed rice. Noodles are added to 600 ml of boiling water and simmered for 4 minutes. Wash the noodles in cold water, then, if ready, add the sauce and sesame oil.

You've probably never had jelly in this form. Berry-flavored jelly is delicious and a lot of fun to consume since you can stir it with the sticks that come in the container before consuming it.
