Speculations about Blackpink’s Jennie going to appear in the HBO series 'The Idol' starring The Weeknd, Lily-Rose Depp, Troye Sivan & Steve Zissis.
HBO’s “The Idol” is an American drama television series and it is a six-episodes series which is set against the backdrop of the music industry, the show will follow a self-help guru and modern-day cult leader who has a tangled relationship with a budding pop idol.

The role offered to Jennie is still unknown, but there are talks about that it might be a supporting role. Moreover, a few days ago the co-producer Sam Levinson had followed Blackpink’s star Jennie on Instagram followed by Troye Sivan following her as well on Instagram, so this indicates there’s an interaction between these celebrities. Yet, YG entertainment has not stated or confirmed her appearance in “The Idol''.
