it's the ideal time to make Bibimbap!
Today we'll introduce you the easiest & most convenient way to make the delicious Korean dish. With our special sauce, it's easy peasy. Are you ready?😁
Ingredients
- Stir-Fried Chili Paste
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 large egg
- Handful of spinach
- 1/4 carrot, cut into matchsticks
- 1/4 zucchini, cut into matchsticks
- 1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil, optional
Directions
- Cook spinach until lightly wilted
- Stir fry carrot and zucchini until softened
- Fry the egg until its white is firm but the yolk is runny
- Top the rice with spinach, carrot, zucchini, egg and our sauce. Sprinkle with toasted sesame oil
