Q: What types of subscriptions are available?

A: There are three products in the current line-up which you can find using the provided links:

Seoulbox Signature, Seoulbox V, and Seoulbox Life - our brand-new Korean lifestyle subscription!

Choose Seoulbox Signature if you want to experience Korea through snacks or receive a gift box with a good blend of snacks and goodies.

If you are a vegetarian, go for Seoulbox V—a meat-free version of Seoulbox Signature. You will get a copy of Seoulbox Signature magazine, but we'll email you a digital replica of V magazine.

Want to experience Korean lifestyles or discover new sides of Korea every season? Seoulbox Life is an excellent fit for you!

Q: How long does the subscription run for?

A: There are three types of subscriptions we currently offer:

Monthly—you will receive a box every month,3-Month—you will receive a box every month over the course of three months,6-Month—you will receive a box every month over the course of six months,and 12-Month—you will receive a box every month over the course of twelve months.

 

We also offer a One-Time option should you wish to make a single purchase, and currently we only offer a Seasonal (delivered every three months) subscription for Seoulbox Life.

All subscriptions are cyclical and will automatically continue for successive periods until you opt to pause or cancel it.

Q: How can I pause/cancel my subscription?

A: We’re sad to see you go but thanks for being part of the family, Seoulmate! You can pause or cancel your subscription in your Account Settings. If you’re unable to do so then you can contact our support team at help@myseoulbox.com. We are always happy to help! 

Please note that the cancellation of a recurring box shipment must be made 3 business days before the next billing date reflected in your Account Settings. If you cancel your subscription less than 3 business days (KST standard) before your next billing date your cancellation will take effect from the subsequent month and no refund will be provided.

Q: Can I pre-order next month’s box?

A: As these kinds of situations create a lot of confusion for our team, customers must be aware that the month in which they purchase is the Seoulbox they’ll receive. We do not take pre-orders. For example, if you purchased a Seoulbox in November then you would receive a November box, not a December box. 

Q: My card has expired/been stolen/damaged. How do I continue or cancel my subscription?

A: We’re sorry to hear about this! We hope we can offer some assistance and relieve your concerns. Should you wish to continue your subscription you can update your payment details in your Account Settings. If you need to cancel your subscription, then please get in touch with our customer support team.

Q: How much is shipping?
A: Shipping is $12.50 per box, however, please note that DHL may charge additional shipping fees due to factors such as local or national restrictions within your country, the distance and number of flights to your location, the price of oil, or military-based camps.

*Seoulbox is not liable for any customs or import tax incurred, as well as any other taxes charged by the local authority on arrival of your package.

Q: How long does it take to dispatch?
A: Granted there are no delays, it typically takes us around 2-5 days business days (excluding weekends) to dispatch your order.

Q: How long does it take to arrive?
A: Ideally it takes 5-10 days for your box to arrive after dispatch, however, depending on various factors such as location, weather, customs checks and/or courier delays, it can take up to 18 days to deliver. If you haven’t received your Seoulbox after the estimated 18 days, then please contact us at help@myseoulbox.com.

Q: How can I track my parcel?
A: When your Seoulbox ships out, you'll receive an e-mail confirmation that contains a unique tracking link for your parcel.

Q: My shipping address is wrong; how do I update it?
A: If your shipping address needs to be updated then please contact our support team directly at help@myseoulbox.com. If you choose to update the address yourself our team must be notified of any changes to ensure correct and precise delivery. Please note that delivery changes can only be made before dispatch, and should you need to re-route the delivery then you will need get in touch with your local DHL.

Q: I require a customs declaration/invoice of product(s).
A: If you require an invoice then please contact our support team at help@myseoulbox.com and we’ll take you through the process.

Q: I’m receiving an error “no zone found for destination address”.
A: We're sorry to hear about this. The website support advises us to issue you the following steps to resolve this problem:
· Clear your cache and cookies on your browser. After this, completely reboot the browser.
· Try a different web browser, as well as incognito or private windows to rule out any browser issues.
· When using incognito, if you are still experiencing a display issue, confirm you have disabled browser extensions as these can change how the pages look.
· Ensure the web browser is up to date on the latest version (we don't support every browser, but we do support Chrome (desktop + Android), Firefox, Safari (desktop + iOS), Microsoft Edge, and Opera.)
· Try another device, like another computer or mobile phone.
· Try another internet connection (switching to a cellular network on a phone rather than Wi-Fi, for example)
· Ensure you do not have any firewalls or pop-up blockers enabled on the device as these can interfere.

If the error persists then please send a screenshot to us so that we may forward it onto website support and have them investigate this further!

Returns and Refunds:

Q: Can I request a refund?
A: While we are open to investigating the circumstances, please note that we will be unable to provide a refund in cases such as, but not limited to (1) inaccurate account information, (2) failure of passage through customs, (3) if a recipient is not home to receive the package, (4) if the courier is unable to contact the customer, and (5) customer incompetence. Should your refund claim be accepted, please note that we are only able to refund 80% of the fee(s).

Q: I’ve been charged for another purchase, help!
A: Seoulbox is not responsible for any additional purchases made due to human error or incompetence during and/or post-purchase. We are therefore unable to provide a refund.

Q: Can I return my order?
A: We are unable to accept returns, however, if you’re unhappy with your purchase then please reach out to us at help@myseoulbox.com.

Very Happy

I subscribed to this box, not knowing what to expect and I really was pleased. There are so many fun snacks to try! I wish there was a way to order extra of the ones we liked (like the Jeju Hallabong Pie). I can’t wait for my next box!

June crate is awesome. With the taste of Jeju in each item. These boxes have definitely opened up my taste buds. The quality of the items were in tact and delivery was on point. Not a fan of the custom fees but still adore it

First box, I loved it except the merch :)

Everything in the box was good! But the merch was a little bit disappointing. I was expecting BTS Merch but it wasn't. I am looking forward to my next subscription box. :)

The box arrived within a week. I did receive the wrong box, but a day later the right box arrived. So happy it was quickly rectified. Can’t wait to try another box!
