BLACKPINK DISPLAYED AS ART AT L.A. LACMA

For two weeks (Jan 30 – Feb 13) at Los Ángeles County Museum of Art (LACMA), 50 works from several contemporary artists captured the energy of iconic musicians and displayed it on a canvas.

‘Artists Inspired by Music: Interscope Reimagined’ exhibition displayed music as visual art, displaying albums and songs from big name artists like BLACKPINK, Eminem, Billie Eilish, Olivia Rodrigo and Lady Gaga among others.

The idols from BLACKPINK have become a worldwide phenomenon on the music industry making the girl band one of the biggest K-pop groups from South Korea. In the exhibition their album, ‘The Album’ was reimagined by the artists.
