For their rigorous workout routines and intense diet plans, K-pop idols may be well known, but that does not mean they don't know a thing or two about delicious, often carb-heavy, eating as well.

These idol-shared mouthwatering recipes are not ideal for those who are aware of their health or are careful to watch their weight, but they will certainly fill you up and satisfy your next craving late in the evening. Best of all, most of them are made quickly and require little ingredient.

J-Hope – Kimchi and Bulgogi

He loves everything related to it, from Kimbap all the way to Kimchi Jjigae.

Kimchi is a common side dish in practically all Korean meals because it is a part of the diet in Korean cooking, made with fermented and salted vegetables such Korean radish and napa cabbage. Gochugaru (Korean chili powder), spring onions, garlic, ginger, and jeotgal (salted fish), among other ingredients, are among the many that are utilized. Various soups and stews also contain kimchi.

Bulgogi are thin marinated slices of beef or pig are grilled on a barbeque or on a stovetop skillet to create this Korean-style grilled or roasted meal. The recipe often uses cuts of beef including sirloin, rib eye, or brisket.

Jimin – Kimchi Jjigae

Stew-like meal made with kimchi, chopped dubu (tofu), scallions, onions, and other ingredients like pork or seafood. One of the most popular stews in Korean cooking is this one.

Jin – Naengmyeon and Seafood

Jin is a seafood lover, lobster and sashimi are one of his favorite dishes

Naengmyeon are long and thin handmade noodles made from buckwheat, potatoes, sweet potatoes, arrowroot, and kudzu as well as other flours and starches. Green tea and seaweed are two additional ingredients used to create several variations of naengmyeon.

RM – Kalguksu

is a traditional Korean noodle dish made up of hand-made, knife-cut wheat flour noodles that are served with broth and additional ingredients in a big bowl. It is typically regarded as a seasonal meal that is mostly eaten in the summer.

Taehyung – Japchae

is a common dish in Korean cooking that consists of stir-fried glass noodles and vegetables. It is commonly made using dangmyeon, a type of cellophane derived from sweet potato starch; the noodles are combined with various veggies, pork, and mushrooms and seasoned with soy sauce and sesame oil.

Jungkook – Ramen

It comprises of wheat noodles prepared in the style of China served in a meat-based stock that is frequently seasoned with soy sauce or miso and topped with a variety of ingredients.

Instead of consuming a large dish of food all at once, she eats consistently throughout the day in modest portions. She also enjoys snacking on fruits and vegetables, with carrots and bell peppers among her favorites.

Chenle – Special Ramyun

You're probably familiar with adding extras such as eggs and cheese, if you're a fan of instant Ramyun, but have you tried adding tomatoes? How about Lao Gan Ma (a sauce made with Chinese Chili)? This upgraded Ramyun recipe requires both, creating an interesting flavor that is shockingly good, according to Jisung.

Another suggestion from Chenle is to try to mix your egg throughout the soup, as opposed to leaving it whole, although it's fine either way. To get the taste just right, he insists that being precise is important, so be sure to accurately measure your water!

WinWin – Korean BBQ

Grilling meat, usually beef, pork, or chicken, is a common technique in Korean cuisine. These dishes, which are often made from thin slices of marinated beef sirloin or tenderloin, are sometimes cooked over gas or charcoal grills integrated onto the dining table itself. Galbi, which is a common variation, is made using marinated beef short ribs.


Eunbin – Jack Skellington

This "recipe" is almost more a trick than a treat because Eunbin talks about the 150-year-old jam of her grandmother and the knife of a vampire. Even it is worth sharing with Halloween coming up.

Besides when you watch Eunbin make her Jack Skellington masterpiece, the real names of the ingredients (spoiler: the 150-year-old jam is cookie butter spread) should be pretty evident. Maybe this recipe would even encourage you to come up with a spooky dessert of your own!

Namjoo – Spicy Stir-fried Pork Wrap Pizza

This recipe is a unique fusion dish created by Namjoo as part of a meal prep kit, which takes the cheesy, chewy goodness of a pizza and wraps it up as part of a spicy stir-fried pork wrap.

Sadly, this meal kit is no longer available, but I’m sure it’d be possible to create a decent approximation of this meal just using the list of ingredients from the video below. So go ahead and try this recipe; you never know, it might be even better for your own version than the pre-packaged one!

Chorong – Pork Feet and Chicken Feet

Pork Feet, also known as Jokbal are pig's trotters prepared with soy sauce and spices which are typically cooked in a mixture of soy sauce, ginger, garlic, and rice wine. Onion, leeks, garlic, cinnamon, and black pepper may also be used.

Chicken feet are grilled or stir-fried with hot chili in Korea and are known as dakbal. There are many kinds of cooking techniques, such as boneless, cooked with broth, and others. Many people consume them as anju (food served with alcohol).

Does a cup of Ramyun, spicy rice cakes (Tteokbokki), sausage, and cheese really go wrong? This recipe was technically made by an Ahgase, but it is safe to say that this quick, affordable, and downright mouthwatering twist on convenience store Ramyun is Mark-approved given the number of times Mark has recreated it on TV.

As a bonus, the video below shows the joint Ahgase menu of Mark and Youngjae as well which is like a creamier version of the Mark Meal that also includes dumplings.

SEVENTEEN’s Joshua, MAMAMOO’s Solar, TWICE’s Jeongyeon – Tteokbokki

Is a common Korean dish prepared from small garae-tteok, also known as "tteokbokki rice cakes" or "rice cake noodles" in English. Some typical components used with tteokbokki in recipes include eomuk (fish cakes), boiled eggs, and scallions.

Usually referred to as "chikin" in Korea, this term describes several fried chicken meals developed in South Korea, such as the straightforward huraideu-chicken and the fiery yangnyeom chicken. Fried chicken is eaten in South Korea as a dinner, an appetizer, anju (food served with alcohol, usually beer), or as a snack after a meal.
